Are you entering everyday and buying the maximum amount of tickets?
Less people are entering now which is why the same people are winning. :)

I buy 3 tickets once a week for the weekly lottery and I buy 1 ticket for the daily lottery when I remember to do so;

there are so many days I forget...

but the weekly one can be now won only by rich users, who can buy LOTS of tickets....

The weekly lottery is only 300 points a ticket.
And there's a maximum of 10 tickets = 3000 points.
Everybody's got at least 3000 points.
