CHECK OUT THIS COOL TEASER ANIMATION CGI !!!
Sneak Preview -> Teaser QuickTime -> choose resolution -> save teaser from Temporay Internet Files DIRectory (don't have time to find direct link; Kn'thrak?), 'coz there's no option SAVE AS...
Kn'thrak 09-09-2002, 04:03 AM BAM!!!
High Resolution (http://www.delgo.com/pix/teaser_large.mov) @ 11.46 MB
Kn'thrak, please tell us how You do that (so fast)... :D ;)
really, PLEASE...
Kn'thrak says (ICQ) "IE View Source".
but where goddamnit
& can't find any ".mov" link here :upset:
Kn'thrak, be so good & tell us that step by step...
Kn'thrak 09-09-2002, 05:17 AM Very simple....
when u select the the size (resolution) of the trailer u want, a window pops up with the trailer. RIght click and select view source in the drop-down menu. The code is in the picture below. Just paste the link to the original link of the site (this is called site mapping) and there u have it. A working direct link to the source.
If u want to know ALOT more, get a HTML tutorial book and learn. Very simple.
Mischa 09-09-2002, 05:35 AM I did it the same way as Kn'thrak ... but since I let GetRight catch all the *.mov links/files, I just use the command "Copy URLs to clipboard" on the file after the download has started to get the correct location. Then I easily can paste the stuff into the forums. Fast as hell! :yum:

OK, here I'm stuck. I see that you get "teaser_large[1]" source file in Notepad, but I get "flash[1]" source file. where is the problem?

Works REALY GREAT!!!
Plus for Kn'thrak it might be easyer for you to get your Apple downloads links faster. In the ways that it shows the URL when you download.

ZUBi, you have to click on the border, on the very edge of the window. It's there as Kn'thrak says.

YannH76 08-19-2003, 03:06 AM Very good animation on the trailer ! :big grin:
I want the release now...
editman 08-20-2003, 04:04 AM Hmmm... actually the trailer link (at least to the high-res version) has already been posted by Mischa in April in the old thread...
Spider-Man 101 12-29-2007, 06:34 PM to "celebrate" THE RETURN of the infamous trailers for "Delgo", i have to ask THIS:
WHAT'S THE POINT IN ADDING A NEW TRAILER WHEN THE DAMN MOVIE'S PROBABLY CANNED AND NEVER TO COME OUT?!
this movie's been in the works for YEARS now! a good cast? allegedly, yes. but WHY WON'T THEY FLIPPING RELEASE IT? the date NOW says 2008, but i won't be suprised if it either gets delayed FURTHER, or goes straight to dvd thanks to the Weinstien Company. can someone explain what the HELL is going on?:angry::angry::angry::angry:
editman 12-29-2007, 07:54 PM @Spider-Man 101: A few official advice from the Forum administrator regarding your posting etiquette:
1. Watch your language.
2. If you post something in the Trailer News forum regarding 'the return of Delgo trailer', at least have the decency of posting a link to what you're referring to, so the others knows what you are whining about.
3. There were existing threads on Delgo in the Trailer News forum. Rather than opening a new thread, please do a search and post to the existing thread.
For the record, the direct links of the new official Delgo Quicktime trailers:

Medium (39.1MB) http://www.delgo.com/clips/Trailer1Medium.mov
Large (117.1MB) http://www.delgo.com/clips/Trailer1Large.mov
Trailer #2 (official trailer 3)
Samll (12.7MB) http://www.delgo.com/clips/Trailer2Small.mov
Medium (30.9MB) http://www.delgo.com/clips/Trailer2Medium.mov
Large (92.9MB) http://www.delgo.com/clips/Trailer2Large.mov
As for the question "What's the point in adding a new trailer when the... movie's probably canned and never to come out?!", unless you worked in the film as part of the main crew, or it's a good mate of the producers and knows the production is in trouble, how would you know whether the movie's not being released.
Finding a distributor for a theatrical release the film is the biggest task to overcome for ANY independent production. The film may have be completed years ago. The production company may have released their own trailers years ago. That doesn't mean it's secured for a theatrical release - look at many Sundance, SXSW, Cannes indies which have trailers available online and then goes MIA afterwards.
For one thing, the Fathom Studios may have put those trailers online to showcase the film for their potential distributor, like to what simialr D-War did. Or perhaps it's the studio's way to say, the film's still on.
Whichever the case, one thing is certain: yelling unpleasant remarks in the Forum is utterly futile.
