Since she didn't really sell herself to be in that movie that makes her less guilty than quite a bit of actresses that screw to be in a movie ie for money. That;s hot.

Ok, so I’m not sure that they were drunk, or that Nicky Hilton was tricked into this, but how else can you explain it? Isn’t she supposed to be the quiet, level headed sister? If their parents didn’t already have enough reason to jump off a tall building to put and end to their shame, this may be the deciding factor.

I had a storage space with some old furniture that I decided, after I got married, I wasn't gonna keep so I just decided one month not to pay the $59 storage fee.

You can also get evicted out of your apartment if you are behind just one month rent.
as a matter of fact, once you are 10 days behind on your rent, you get a notice on your door giving you 5 days to pay it with all late charges.
afterward, the management can legally lock you out of your apartment (as long as they tell you who you can contact day and night to let you into the apartment), remove properties out of the apartment (TV, VCR, anything of value) and hold it as a lien until the rent and all late charges are paid up and at the same time file eviction on you.

January 25, 2007 -- As if one night in Paris wasn't enough, you can now take an extended tour.
The sex-crazed heiress is burning up the Web again - thanks to a couple of porn purveyors who posted a treasure trove of her most embarrassing personal items - including sleazy sex tapes, topless photos, love letters, medical records and even hundreds of celebrity cellphone numbers.
Hilton had kept all of the material in a storage locker when she moved from one Los Angeles mansion to another in 2004.
When she failed to pay a measly $208 storage bill, the goods were sold to an unidentified buyer - and then obtained by "Sultan of Sleaze" David Hans Schmitt and broker Bardia Persa.
The duo launched the site - parisexposed.com - yesterday, charging $39.97 a month for access.
Paris was obviously a pack rat - saving all sorts of things. Among the random items:
* Prescription bottles for Hydrocodone, a painkiller similar to OxyContin used to manage anxiety disorders, post-party sleep aid Ambien and the herpes medication Valtrex.
* A medical bill from a Los Angeles clinic, billing an "Amber Taylor" - with the same birth date as Paris - for a miscarriage in March 2003.
* A journal analyzing her booze-fueled dreams.
* Her reality TV co-star Nicole Richie's University of Arizona ID card.
* Sister Nicky's Nevada marriage certificate.
* Several bank statements, including one with an ending monthly balance of just $9.26.
* Home videos she shot of visits with her sick grandmother.
* To-do lists that include an assortment of errands, including a reminder to buy Christmas gifts.
No stranger to negative publicity, Hilton is nonetheless "incredibly upset and angry" and feels "victimized" by the blatant invasion of her privacy, according to her spokesman, Eliot Mintz.
He blamed a "bureaucratic foul-up" and is threatening legal action - demanding the items be pulled from the site because it invades his client's privacy.
"We are going to explore all of our legal options about this matter," said Mintz. "She is enormously upset."
Among the hours of video footage on the site is a series of short tapes of a naked Hilton being filmed by Joe Francis, the "Girls Gone Wild" creator, and her former fiancé, Jason Shaw.
Francis tapes the dazed and confused heirhead - first taking off her red bikini top on a yacht in St. Tropez, then later swooshing around in a bubble bath while he begs her to show him her body.
And she doesn't disappoint - eventually hosing off the bubbles.
But on another tape, where Francis is not present, she calls him a "rich loser."
Some of the items show a tender side of Paris - like when she's lying in bed with Shaw, a chiseled Tommy Hilfiger model. She's seen giggling, kissing him and playing with his hair.
Other videos are taped using night vision: she gets drunk and dances on banquettes with Tara Reid, and tapes a shirtless fat guy doing cocaine lines off his own belly.
In Cancun, she describes herself as "the hottest person in the world."
Hilton also tapes rambling messages to friends while filming herself in the mirror, saying she's too busy "smoking pot and eating burgers."
Hilton is also obsessed with to-do lists and details her wacky errands meticulously: "Vet app't - for teeth and wiener, send book to Ford, call Kim, make Xmas list, pick up cage from grandmas, buy a Sidekick, buy Nicky phone - and wrap it."
Scrawled across an entire page is a reminder to "Get s-t out of car!"
Also buried in the book are cut-and-paste collages Paris created of herself - made of paparazzi shots torn from magazines.
Crumpled love letters to the heirhead from ex-fiancé Shaw are scribbled on hotel stationery and reveal intimate details of their time together.
"I could shovel s-t and be happy because I'm with you," he writes.
"I love you. I love the way you move. I love the way you smile."
He also writes about Paris to himself in a diary that she kept: "I am angry at Paris. She always seems to do the wrong thing. She always loses her phone. That is a reason I cannot get in touch with her. It hurts. I feel this pain inside knowing that we do not love equally."
We also get a peek into what Hilton actually does to pass the days instead of work - there are highlighted movie scripts, directions to auditions, scheduled model shoots, appointments with interviewers and movie studios, an actors-union card, voice-lesson reminders and photo proofs of herself.
A number of ID cards - both fake and real - are in their own category.
Hilton's California driver's license is in there along with a fake Ohio resident card, which states she was born in 1979.
She has Nicole Richie's University of Arizona card from her short stint in college and a credit-card-sized fake ID card labeled "Superstar" with a photo of ex- pal Britney Spears.
Hundreds of still photos of her with friends are displayed, along with a scan of the original marriage certificate of sister Nicky's short-lived Vegas wedding to Todd Meister.
Hilton's extensive list of friends' phone numbers is scrawled on everything from dirty napkins to envelopes.
Among the names are Pauly Shore, Kim Stewart and George Maloof, owner of the Palms hotel in Las Vegas. But most are listed by their first names only.

a moving company will move your belongings to anywhere you pay them to move it to BUT they will not pay your storage fee for you.
it's her responsibility to make those monthly storage fees payment.

a storage space it's not going to hold your stuff for 2 years without any payments, 30 days (or even 60 days) at the most with no payment before confiscating it and auctioning it off.
so that means someone has to have been paying for it the past 2 years up to the time the payments stopped 30 to 60 days ago;
I would think it's someone that works for Paris or even Paris herself;
she is just trying to blame the whole snafu on someone else instead of taking responsibility for herself as an ADULT and using it to make money by suing the people who legitimately bought her belongings at the auction.

corfy 01-30-2007, 09:46 PM Let's for a moment assume that Paris is telling the truth... for once (hey, it could happen... ok, maybe not, but let's assume it anyway just for fun).
From what I can tell, she has no legal ground to sue the people who are hosting the website (that isn't going to stop the suit from happening, but she shouldn't win). The items were legally auctioned off, and the new owners have every right to do what they want to do with it (although there are a few items in there that, if they try to sell, they could be charged with Federal crimes, such as if they try to sell her passport).
If she wants to sue anyone, it would be the moving company that she claims should have been paying the storage fee. If there is a contract with the moving company that says that the company is supposed to be paying the fee, then she might have a case against them. That doesn't stop the items from being put on the Internet, though.
That is assuming that the moving company is supposed to be paying that fee in the first place. And from little I have seen on "A Simple Life", I am not about to just take her word on anything at this time.

Paris Hilton arrived late for a Los Angeles court date today, but claimed that keeping the judge and attorney's waiting was not her fault. "Have you seen the new shoes at Gucci? I mean, they expect me to be in some courtroom when they are introducing the new summer line?"
Hilton was to be tried for multiple violations of probation stemming from a DWI arrest. She has failed to register for a mandatory class and has been stopped and ticketed on at least two occasions for driving on a suspended license.
"Who do they expect to drive me around? Tinkerbell?"
Hilton was also upset at the conditions of the courtroom. "There was no carpet, no curtains, and the seats had no padding. Everything was just dark wood. I gave the judge a business card I had from Ikea, but I don't think he appreciated that. I think he was mad when I told him that black robes were so last year."
Prosecutors were seeking 90 days in jail for the violations. Paris was not in favor of that verdict. "They want me to spend three months in this little room smaller than my dog's closet. They expect me to wear an orange jumpsuit with no accessorizing. They have these stupid hours and curfews and lights out policies that are so elementary school. "

Paris Hilton is sentenced to spend 45 days in jail, because of driving under the influence with suspended driver license.
Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer said that what Paris Hilton has done is "violation of the terms of her probation in an alcohol-related driving case". Last Year Hilton had signed a document that says she agrees with terms of alcohol-related driving case, but the incident shows she's forgotten what she has signed. When the judge reminded her about that document, she said, that she's a very busy person and she usually signs any document she's told to sign. When the officer noticed Hilton driving under the influence, her blood alcohol level was measured at 0.08.
Additional guilt of Paris is that her driver license has been suspended from November 30 to March 31, and she had no permission to drive. But Hilton was trying to persuade everyone she didn't know her license was suspended.
"I can't believe that either attorney did not tell her that the suspension had been upheld," the judge said. "She wanted to disregard everything that was said and continue to drive no matter what."
"I'm very sorry and from now on I'm going to pay complete attention to everything. I'm sorry and I did not do it on purpose at all," Hilton told the judge before he announced the sentence.
Hilton's attorney Howard L. Weitzman was trying tell the judge that she didn't mean to drive under the influence and that she needs a special treatment due to her special position in society. "It's clear she was selectively prosecuted because of who she is," Weitzman said.
But the judge said that Hilton is not a special person and she doesn’t need any treatment, moreover, being the heirless of Hilton doesn’t allow her to ignore the law. The decision of the judge shows, that nothing can be above Los Angeles law.
So the final sentence is that Paris Hilton will stay through June 5 at Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood. While being in a jail, she will be treated as everyone else sentenced: she’ll not have access to her office and will not be able to administer anything connected to her job.

There have been other celebrities at the women's jail. Actress Daryl Hannah, arrested last year for failing to leave a 14-acre inner-city garden where farmers were being evicted, spent a few hours there.
A year ago, former ''Lost'' actress Michelle Rodriguez showed up to serve a 60-day jail sentence for violating probation terms after her drunken driving arrest in Hawaii. She was released in hours because of overcrowding.
Sometimes stars are allowed to do their time in a jail of their choosing. In such cases celebrities pay a daily room-and-board fee to the smaller jails, which afford them more privacy and comfort.
Sean Penn found a jail in Bridgeport, a remote town on the eastern flank of the Sierra, to serve a 60-day sentence in 1987 for fighting with a photographer in violation of his probation for a barroom brawl.
Cop-slapping actress Zsa Zsa Gabor served three days behind bars in 1990 at the El Segundo jail near the Los Angeles International Airport. She paid $85 a day.
But the judge in Hilton's case wouldn't allow such an arrangement, so she'll head to Lynwood on June 5 for a 45 days stay!!

Los Angeles Sheriff has said no Cameras will be allowed in Jail during the entire duration of her stay and that includes the one belonging to Jail Guards...
He will not allow anyone to profit from taking photos of Paris in Jail and furthermore, including photos of Paris heading for Jail in the back of a Police Car, in Handcuffs in a Police Car, etc.

Paris Hilton arrived late for a Los Angeles court date today, but claimed that keeping the judge and attorney's waiting was not her fault. "Have you seen the new shoes at Gucci? I mean, they expect me to be in some courtroom when they are introducing the new summer line?"
Hilton was to be tried for multiple violations of probation stemming from a DWI arrest. She has failed to register for a mandatory class and has been stopped and ticketed on at least two occasions for driving on a suspended license.
"Who do they expect to drive me around? Tinkerbell?"
Hilton was also upset at the conditions of the courtroom. "There was no carpet, no curtains, and the seats had no padding. Everything was just dark wood. I gave the judge a business card I had from Ikea, but I don't think he appreciated that. I think he was mad when I told him that black robes were so last year."
Prosecutors were seeking 90 days in jail for the violations. Paris was not in favor of that verdict. "They want me to spend three months in this little room smaller than my dog's closet. They expect me to wear an orange jumpsuit with no accessorizing. They have these stupid hours and curfews and lights out policies that are so elementary school.

Sarah is great (although her acts get sort of strange after the first 30 minutes) but Paris couldn't have laughed because it was too true. She's the kind of stupid that doesn't even know how to respond when people say something like that.

She's been in it only 3.5 weeks and she was told to serve the full 45 days (minus 5 days already served).
3.5 weeks is 23.5 days, not 40 days!!

actually she was sent back to Jail on June 8th.
Tomorrow is June 26th.
That's 18 days by my calculations plus 5 days she served already:
18+5 = 23 days total so I guess she has served 3.5 weeks but her sentence said 45 days....
they say she's being released early for Good Behaviour so I guess if you behave in Jail, you get your sentence cut by 1/2!!

if a photo or video surfaces on the internet showing Paris smoking drugs; that's will be the end of Probation.
Her Probation term include public drunkeness which means no more drink until you drop parties for her anymore if she wants to stay out of Jail.
