this movie looks great

The movie pretty old... and is not THAT good, is so-so ... but it is very watchable... it has some resemblance with "My Father The Hero" from (1994) with Gérard Depardieu ... Wasabi was released on DivX DVD rip about year ago (it looks common in france to release pre-release DVDs... not screeners very soon after movie teatrical release) ... with some fan made english subtitles.

Only so so? I had high hopes for that one. Sad.
