I've only seen a couple of hockey games myself (all in person, never bothered to watch it on TV), and never saw one that was NHL level (mine were a few grades below that... in the minor leagues, as it were).

WTF did you hear that? The Cup is too respected to do that. One of the traditions is to drink champagne out of it. There's a lot of stories about what's been done to the Cup and where it's been but I've never heard of someone pissing on it.
