how did you come across this info ?? i did not even think that Spiderman 2 was official yet. I know they were talking about it and with the success it has received, it is a given that there will a part 2....but still ?
Oh, and Sam Neill as Doc Oct....that is going to be be so good. I just hope that they don't kill him off like they did (bleep). "he could have been a contender..."

I really doubt that info. IMDb is not very reliable when it comes to upcoming movies. The script for the sequel isn't even written, just the writer has been announced <a href="http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=848&ncid=600&e=8&u=/variety/20020610/film_variety/film_spiderman_dc_1" target="_blank">Czec here</a>

im sure they wont make only Spiderman 2 ....already Spiderman 3 is on the works.... that actor Tobey Maguire will get $25,000,000 for the next 2 films
and im sure they will make more sequels, usually movie studios only stop once a sequel flops or does not make 100 million.... so be ready to have maybe 4 Spiderman movies or even more

Sam Neill playing Doc Ock is still just a rumor. He would be excellent as him. Sam is always a reliable actor.

guys...i'm so sorry that i did that. i was not thinking when i posted it. i'm sorry if i ruined anyting for those of you who have not seen it already... i just upsets me sometimes when studios do crap like that. i mean you don't bring in the hero's arch-nemesis and then just kill him off. geez...
again...i'm sorry. it won't happen again.

Nice Avatar Tisoy!!
I find it weird that Sam Neil is gonna play dr octopus because I heard it was gonna be Robin Williams. It would have been cool.
