The two of them on screen together...it's got to be funny! radstar 05-21-2002, 06:57 PM i cannot wait to see it. i love chris rock. he wuz so cool in lethal weapon 4. and i love a. hopkins. and i love spy movies. so its gonna be great. trailergod 05-21-2002, 06:59 PM i agree......would be a nice alternative to all the POPCORN movies this time of the year Kn'thrak 05-22-2002, 03:23 AM Agreed. Very relaxed movie. Its a rest from all the heavy violent and serious movies. Hopkins once said, Hollywood is just about money, not art. I think this movie falls in the first category. Anyone seen "Titus"? That's definitely a movie of the latter category trailer_hunter 05-22-2002, 05:56 PM When i first saw the trailer i was like : wow ! but when i saw it again , i realised the dialogue in the trailer was too cheesy , i mean chris rock uses the same way of speaking and same jokes in nearly all of his movies . I'm still going to see it anyway , but it's not a movie i'm dying to see Mark Strube 05-23-2002, 12:14 AM I must agree with Mischa (hell look at all my star wars posts LOL) This movie looks mildly entertaining at most... the dialogue looks like someone trying too hard to be funny... same 'ol Chris Rock, he needs some new ideas... I mean really "don't shoot the bomb!" "don't shoot me either!" I can't believe people actually laughed at that. Go see Lilo & Stich, at least it looks cute LOL. trailergod 05-13-2003, 08:28 AM i saw this movie and it was so pale and "tasteless", it is a bit entertaining and nothing more :) This movie is not asking to be anything great in particular, however movies like these seem to be a waste of time sometimes..... I recently watched The Recruit and i think this movie is much more entertaining than Bad Comapany. blugh 05-13-2003, 08:42 AM The Recruit doesn't look particularly good, but it would be hard for it to be worse than Bad Company... Stormwalker 05-13-2003, 08:59 AM i didnt mind bad company.. but i think enemy of the state still wins :D (i thought that bad company was a wannabe knockoff) haven't seen the recruit yet.. but apparently pacino is pretty good in it.. i spose time will tell :D carl 05-13-2003, 09:03 AM Originally posted by Mark Strube I must agree with Mischa (hell look at all my star wars posts LOL) This movie looks mildly entertaining at most... the dialogue looks like someone trying too hard to be funny... same 'ol Chris Rock, he needs some new ideas... Agreed though I never bothered watching Bad Company, but Lilo And Stitch was brilliant. The best Disney Movie since Toy story 2, and as well as some great comedy a good message aswell. I admit it slaps you in the face with the message but in a kids movie that's a must. Back on topic I will not watch Bad Company. |
