I wish they were coming. It sucks around here, cuse you have to buy a plane ticket, and then a room and then food! Oh well, it's worth it for a night of fun.

i like rock/metal music, but this 2 bands are (way) too commercial to Me, my taste of music (I don't listen this 2 bands; but well known music itself; got all albums of Linkin Park). i rather stick more underground/alternative/heavy stuff like SYSTEM OF A DOWN, QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE. this 2 bands are also on my top list to see (not seen it yet) :) ;) :cool:

aaaahhhh, what a perfect concert :)
never been part of such an amazing audience. everyone of the 7500 people was singing and jumping the whole time, especially in the mosh pit :cool:, even when the opening act was playing. "franz ferdinand" looked very surprised at the reactions ;)
"wir sind helden" also made photos and taped the audience from time to time, i guess i could be on that since the people in front of me weren't very tall; would be cool to be in a tour-diary :)

well the sound of lost prohpet and slipknot was not good.. (but the band were great)
But when metallica came on stage that was a hell of a show..
They really know how to rock the stage..and it wuz just great and amazing..
if you got the chance of seeing them on the world tour go there..
They played 2 songs from the new album and then all the old songs...
So f+++ great... :-)
And when they played nothing else matters or "one" it was just... breathtaking...

I saw Paul Oakenfold at Summerfest on July 1st. It was awesome... I'd never seen more people at any other performance there, and since the fest is usually mostly rock, it was a completely different crowd of people. Oakey rocked, the entire crowd was totally into it, I had a great time... I hope this prompts them to bring him back next year.

(Felix Da Housecat was spinning before him... kinda sucked... I think he was having problems with his equipment.)

Saw Hoobastank last night at the state fair. Great show! Free live music rocks! (well, i did have to pay to get into the fairground) :P

My boyfriend won tickets to the Edge Fall Homecoming this coming Sunday. Audioslave, Seether, All American Rejects, and more will be there. I'm looking forward to it! :D

So my boyfriend took me to the Edge Fall Homecoming. Man, it sooo rocked! Audioslave was so great. Great great show. Seether was good. Fall out boy was good. There were other bands, Institute, All-American Rejects, Cold, and more.

Audioslave did an autograph signing for the public there. There was a very long line so my boyfriend and I just went to the front to see a closer look. The band wasn't there yet. But a couple of minutes later, they showed up! They were all just a few feet from us! How cool!! I wanted to get an autograph but waiting in that long line wasn't worth it.

If Audioslave ever stop by in your town, go to it. It was a great show.
