It's time for me to make a sticky thread in the NON-related movies chatter.... (if is sticky enough) :)


Today I did nothing. I spent all day at Hurricane Harbor (Water park) yesterday so I'm tired and I just recently got out of a serious relationship so I'm more in a lazy mood today.

I ordered a lot of pizza. I watched Animal Planet. I learned a lot about Koala Bears and Kangeroos. (Did ya know that Koala Bear make a loud mating call that can be heard over a mile away?) My friend Brad came over to give my shirt back that I left in his backseat of his car. (It is NOT what you think) :rolleyes: I'm going to watch Parole Board in 25 minutes. Then I'm gonna watch a DVD while eating a pickle.

That's my day today. If it's interesting, I will treat this as my calendar. :D

made breakfast, lunch and dinner for my "papa" (thats my father, he had 2 strokes already, so he needs lots of help)
stayed home coz its a damn HEAT WAVE here in europe !!!!!

right now i have the fan full blast and my PC is also complaning from the HEAT ...

I slept, this damn heatwave is making me drowsy. It caused my bed frame to soften and that's broke so I've been catching up on sleep on my sofabed.

spent the day in the summer reading a good book, then dinner with my family in the evening, and just got out of a nice run in Counter-Strike

I got up at @ 14:00 :big grin:, studied for 2h, played "Star Wars: Galactic battlegrounds - Clone Campaigns" on my PC, and then went out to see some friends that I went to Turkey with. I plan to watch a movie now (maybe "The Four Feathers") and that's it for today...although it's already tomorow. :)

Got on the computer right after I got up to talk to my boyfriend. Went to the recycling center with my dad then to Arbys to eat some lunch. Went to visit my boyfriend at his job for a couple hours then came home. Was home for 15 minutes and then went to White Castle to get dinner. Then did some dishes, doing laundry now as well as being online and looking at all the message boards that I'm on.

I went to work, came home, and played some Project Gotham on my Xbox that I bought yesterday.

Today I was suppost to go shopping for a new wardrob. It's very intresting, you see, blue jeans and plain coloured t-shirt have been all I've bought for 4 years or so. A group of girls took it upon themselves to take me shopping.

So today we were suppost to go again, but with money. Anyway work called me in and there was no time :freak: I worked until 10:30. RUSHED to get out of there so I could see SWAT with some friends. Sat next to an attractive girl. Tried to figure out if she wanted the arm rest or I should take it. We kinda went back and forth (she was with someone :P)

My friend who WORKS at the Famous Players said that a total of 7 people bought tickets for Gigili last night. He sudguested we could probably go and not offend anyone with heckling or rude comments. We're trying to decide if doing that to the movie would be worth the ticket price.

It's 2:50 here now, I'm home posting here. A long drive with my best friend home (in circles to make it long) Talking and stuff....

Woke up at 6 am
MRI of the Brain at 7 pm - not fun at all
Waiting for results till 10 am
went home at 11 am
went to work at 11: 30
got home at 6 pm
ate pizza at 6:15
went to sleep

had to work today, my former employer had his Laptop stolen and many other office equipment... i had to go and redo all those networking settings... ugh.... and it did not go as expected, it took me 6 hours to fix all those PC together again.... ugh... imagine from 11am to 8pm working on a Sunday.. thats nightmare for me !!!

interesting on the way home, i used the City train and i was surrounded by tourists... lol... at one side a few backpackers speaker Dutch, and some speaking Swedish, i think... there where also some americans and spaniards... and wow that train ride was warm and noisy.... :P

Friday - work. 8am - 9:45pm. No overtime. Finished 1st cut of one project.
Saturday - work. 8am - 8pm. No overtime. :( (but I'll get a day off during the next weeks.) Fininshed 1st cut of another project.
Sunday - watched Straw Dogs Criterion 2-disc DVDs.
Monday - more work. Feedbacks received. Changes made. Sending out 2nd edits of both projects for approval. Will watch new episodes of "The Simpsons" tonight.

4 day forecast of editman's life.
Tuesday - Friday: probably work... Will still be watching "Neon Genesis Evangelion" remastered DVDs (I'm up to disc 4 now.) Planning to see "American Wedding" (or "America Pie: The Wedding" as it's called Down Under.) at the end of the week.

Today (Sunday)

Went shopping and went to Summer Rush in Toronto (down by the lake at "The Docks" with lots of people, euro-dance and techno music.)

It was hot and packed tight...but most of the people packed near me were attractive ladies. so no complaints :D

Today-Monday. Woke up 5:00AM (Yawn
Had Pizza for breakfast, (I know, I know) Geting excited because 24 season 2 is out today.

It's after midnite right now. So basically, "yesterday" all I did wuz visiting my friend at her apartment. She just got back from vacationing in Thailand for two weeks. She gave me a DVD from there!

Then, I watched a plane movie w/ my parents. Then I went swimming.

That is it! :)

Today I wagged school :ninja: (don't tell my school;) ) Aparently they all assumed I was on the band camp (which I was never meant to be on)

With my spare day, I went to see Dog Soldiers at a revival cinema (that was one strange film) I went ice skating, had a few beers in the pub and then went to my schedualled community service appointment. (don't worry, I'm not a crim, I work with elderly people volentarily)

I then watched last weeks Alias, todays Wonder Years and did a school assignment to hand in tomorrow (yes I am actually going tomorrow).

Whew. Arn't I just the everyday rebel haha ;) :D :D

Well, I guess that depends on your definition of "today."

If "Today" is the day you posted this thread, then my wife and I went up to see our new house. Unfortunately, it still looks like a pile of dirt. Hopefully, that will change drastically in the next couple of weeks.

If by some strange occurance "today" means yesterday, then I purchased some parts for our computer and installed them.

If today actually means today, then nothing really because I haven't been awake long enough.

TODAY: (Monday)

I went to the Mall, to Old Navy, exchanged a blouse from some cute clothes and magnets.
I went to get my allergy shot. I had to wait for 20 minutes afterwards before I could leave.
I went to the Verizon Wireless Store to get a car battery charger for my new cell phone.
I went to Kroger to get me some Wine Coolers. I got a Blackberry flavor this time. Never tried it.
I came home and started to clean up the house.
Then I watched Animal Planet while eating a bowl of spaghetti.
And I'm about to eat some olives and drink my Wine Coolers while watching MTV.

Then I'm going to bed.

I got BIG problems (for Me) with my computer today.
it reseting like every -10 minutes (likely somewhere around 7)

hopefully I get tisoy on ICQ & He solved the problem.

I watched a handball game with my girlfriend (Macedonia - Sweden, we lost :upset:)...then we sat down with KRALe to try to find out how this Bit Torrent thing works :), and when we did - with ZUBI's help (thanks) - we started downloading "Futurama" episodes. Also I had to tell KRALe how to play "Legend of the Green Dragon", and then I watched him play (and try to kill me) for one hour. :D

Today (Monday)

I slept through most of the actual day...
Then I pretty much found out that this girl I've thought was cute is intrested in my best friend. And everyone is leaving for college and university.

Yeah....even without school Monday Sucks...

TODAY: (Tuesday)

I woke up at 11am!!!
Ate a bowl of spaghetti's.
I went to the Mall and Super Target w/ my mum. She bought me the DVD, The Hunted.
I filled up gas in my car.
I watched my movie and ate fat free chips. (tastes pretty good)
I cleaned out my car, checked the air in tires, and oil and fluid.
I took my shower at 6pm.

I'm going to pack for my trip tonite. Then watch the Real World and the Osbournes. Then I will go to bed early cuz I have to wake up at 5am.

I spent all morning downloading Windows updates to make sure all of the office's computers are safe from the worm.

I spent all last night fighting the worm on my wife's computer.

Wednesday 20 Aug: spent the afternoon building my DVD list @ DVD Aficionado. It's not a complete list cos there's some titles not listed, but I've just realised I've got so far more than 600 titles.

Today: (Wednesday)

-My friend called me at 9:30 this morning and woke me up!
-I left my house at 11am and went to my friend's house.
-She came with me to UTD (University of Texas at Dallas) and that's when I bought one more book for Computer Science and then we walked around to look for my classes. Took a while!
-Then we went to pick up food at Chick fi la
-Then we both came over my place and watch home movies from Padre Island and ate our food.
-Then I showed her some funny clips on my computer.
-Afterwards, I dropped her off at work
-I went to pick up food for my mum and a medium cherry limeade from Sonic
-I washed my car... FINALLY! No more saltwater and sand on my car! wooohooo!!
-I went swimming!!!!
-My friend, Angie (winks at Editman) came over for a bit and hung out
-Then I talked to my daddy on the phone
-Then I took a shower

And I'm gonna clean up my room and get ready for bed. I'm gonna read a little before I go to bed and then sleep! :D (i start school tomorrow!)

thats one of the few sports we are good at here in sweden. The Swedish (men) handball team has won many tornaments =)

Actually it's what I did YESTERDAY. In the heat of 40 degree Celcius I spent most of my weekend inside my cramped old study backing up/resurrecting computer files, with my fan blowing hot wind at maximum power.

Some Valentine's Day indeed. Well it's still better than 14 years ago - on the exact day I was taken to a hospital for a operation with an inflated colon. I still have this scar only a plastic surgeon can do wonder on.

<b>Valentines Day</b>: Woke up really really early, moved a car load of stuff to my new house. Found a picnic set, bought subway, got fuel, cleaned car. Went picked up girlfriend. Surprised her by driving her to the top of the mountain. Surprised her more by giving her, her favorite sub for lunch. Then swapped gifts (i got bad boys 2, and ripleys game on dvd! SCORE!) i gave her a ring.

Then went back to my new place and waited around for other people to arrive, spent the next 3 hours moving more stuff (beds, cabinets, widescreen tv)

watched bad boys 2.

took dutch_schafer to the car wash.. as payment for helping me move...

went home..

slept.

yesterday i got up at 2pm,
drove to cologne with a friend at about 8pm,
went to a one dollar theater to see "herr lehmann",
went to a karaoke bar to have a cocktail,
played two rounds of ddr in an internet cafe,
went to the live music hall (rock club),
decided to get a piercing in a few weeks,
ate something at mc donalds,
arrived back home at about 5 am

Today (Sunday):

I stayed home alll day long. I got drunk last nite so I wuz a little out of it today. Then spent the whole day "trying" to study for my exam tomorrow. So far, it isn't working.

Check again tomorrow... :)

finally got home :-) ... thats after not sleeping in my own bed for almost 2 weeks.... hehehe ..been sleeping together with my love........yes trailergod is in a serious sexual relationship :D

and also been traveling around germany and will again go ... to Frankfurt this tuesday...

6:50pm: Show up at my friend, Christy's apartment. (she lives on campus... UTD got apartments- not dorms)

Took a day off. Woke up at 6:30am, expecting the carpenter to come in at 8 to do soe renovation.

Got a call at 9-ish from my boss. Had a heated conversation. Apparently the big man, who is a psychotic f***o, busted my boss's balls for giving me the 3-days off, not considering that fact that I have to make sure the renovation works done cos no one else can take days off, NOT considering the fact that I've done unpaid overtimes more than anyone else in the company. On stand-by mode the whole day - meaning that I have to go back to work if I'm needed, despite I'm on PAID LEAVES.

Renovation works finished at 1-ish. There went 16 hundred - so much for this month's budget. Had lunch at nearly 2.

Watched Scarface again - this tiem the re-mastered DVD. Finished at 5-ish. Been a good boy and swept and mopped the floor. :angel:

No calls from the office - guess the alarm was hit too early. Idiots. :rolleyes:

Plans for weekend: since I don't think I'll be going to work tomorrow, will go to see A Fistful of Dollars & For A Few Dollars More double bill. :big grin:

Let the s*** be dealt with Monday morning...

And FYI been looking for a new job fo about a month by now.

11am: Woke up feeling great and rested but then realized that I have to be at the school in one hour. Got up and changed very quickly.

12pm: Went to my first and only class for the day.

1pm: Met my friend, Rachael, and had lunch with her at the Comet's Cafe.
2:30pm: Came home and helped my mum move some furniture.
2:45pm: Took a nice, hot shower!!!
3pm: A guy called to check up on our date tonight.

Going to:
5pm: Be picked up by my date.
5:30pm: Go to the seafood restaurant, Razoo's, for dinner
7-10pm: Whenever, see a movie. (don't know the time yet)
After the movie: Go back to his apartment and watch Cabin Fever and more TV ;) :P

I got new pants.

Not today: Friday I skipped works to be an extra in a new movie - nah didn't get paid for this. I just wanna get my image burnt onto celluoid films that's all.

Well turns out it ain't that easy either: I was there at 8am and the shooting didn't start till 11am. It's a huge-crowd-in-theater scene, We did in total 6 or 7 different shots, ranging from 1 to 6 takes each, with 1 or 2 rehearsals before shooting. And that's 8 hours of works (we got off at 6pm-ish.)

But I went straight to see Once Upon A Time in Mexico afterwards.

TODAY (Saturday):

11am: Woke up and read my book.
11:30am: Took a shower
2pm: My friend, Christy, came to pick me up.
3pm: Went over to Christy's aunt house to meet her and her family.
5pm: Left.
5:05pm: Went to a duck pond and fed the ducks.
6pm: Went to eat at Chili's.
7:15pm: Went over to Christy's apartment
7:45pm: Started watching 'Steel Magnolias' the movie
10pm: Christy took me home.

Yesterday (Monday)

Slept in until 9:30 (I was off yesterday).
Got our license plates renewed.
Got a haircut.
Had lunch.
Did some laundry.
Worked on our computer
Drove to meet my wife for supper.
Had supper at a really good Italian restaurant
Came back home.
Watched VeggieTales: An Easter Carol
flipped through the TV.
Watched Jay Leno (especially the headlines)
Went to bed and read for about 40 minutes.
Went to sleep.

8.30 am -- Driving to Frankfurt City to work
8.52 am -- Grabbing a "White Choclate Mokka" @ Starbucks
9.00 am -- Starting Work
9.02 am -- Having a nice conversationts with the other "Auszubildenen"
10.12 am -- Going to the bakery to grab myself some cinnamen rolls
12.10 pm - Having Lunch @ Chinese Restaurant
12.45 pm - Starting work again and taking calls from angry customers *fun*
14.00 pm - Doing some work
16.34 pm - Driving home from Work
17.00 pm - Visiting the Local Media markt for new DVDs
17.45 pm - Having Diner @ Home
18.00 pm - Phoning with Girlfriend
19.40 pm - Checking the newspaper/tv for local and fresh news
20.13 pm - Watching a DvD (Fight CLub)

I used to work with a guy whose family was Irish (grandparents came over from "across the pond") and he said the important thing on St. Patrick's Day was not that you wear green, but that you don't wear orange. I'm not entirely sure why, though, but he was very adamant about that simple fact.
