just for 5 days, hehe... (i bet you were hoping for something more like 5 weeks, eh?)

I'm going to Padre Island w/ a friend of mine and we're meeting my folks down there. We're gonna stay at this nice condo that we have been staying at the past 5 or 6 years. It's a 7-8 hour drive. I will be spending the day (possibly Thursday) at Corpus Christi w/ my friend.

But we both will spend A LOT of time on the beach! I'll post pics!!! :big grin: (maybe)

i am leaving tomorrow (Wednesday the 13th) at 6am and will be back on Sunday the 17th :) Ya'll be good while I'm gone!

This is good news? This forum is gonna get really quite while you're away. The only happy news is that you'll be posting pic. :)

Guess who's back!

no, it's me! :D Anyhoo, I had a great time.

What my friend and I did: spent a day at Corpus Christi, visited the Texas State Aquarium, visited Selena Memorial, walked on the beach, ate seafood and others, went to the big mall and shopped, rode on a ferryboat, watched dolphins in the wild 20 yards away, spent an afternoon in Port Aransas (another island), and swam A LOT!

i'm gonna post a few pics.... (hehe) ;)

hehehe.... i'll see if i can figure out how to convert the videos on here. you really have to see it. we did a lot of funny stuff.

my friend, Angie. she is very beautiful. we've been friends since 4th grade. she's very shy at first but she's just awesome once you get to know her. her eyes are closed cuz she either blinked (which happens to everyone) or it's too bright out.

and no, she is not taken. she's VERY picky when it comes to boys. but i'll tell her about ya. ;)

yah she's into movies. she loves children movies, comedy, family, drama, and "some" action. and "some" horror. she don't like no war and bloody movies. i'm pretty much the same except that i like war movies. :) :)

Hmmm... this is a Catch 22... see I can move to the US if only I can a job, but to get a job in the US I need a Green Card, and the quickest way to get one for someone like editman is to get married with a US citizen. And I'm not into sham marriage nor could I afford one, so to get married I have to fall in love with someone (and she falls in love with me), which requires me to be physically in the US... :ninja: :zorro:

BTW I have a tendency of having a crush with every nice, good-looking girl/woman/lady I meet who is available. Yeah I know... I'm pathetically romantic... :love:
