Alabama/10 Commandments

Has anyone been following this whole thing with the 10 Commandments down in Alabama? Its such a mess, I have been watching Fox News and it seems like Alabama still hasn't figured out the whole seperation of church and state.

I think this whole thing is stupid, the Ten Commandments aren't neceserily a religious object (they simply represent common law) but they definately shouldn't be there
