I read around on this every once in a while, but never really post. But yesterday I saw a screening of Tim Burton's Big Fish, and I just had to tell you all about it. They said we were the first audience to ever watch the movie. :)

I won't give anything away. . .but it was TRULLY an unbelievable movie. Seriously a contender for movie of the year.

I smell another chance for the Oscars to screw LOTR out of Best Picture...unless it's animated.

Um... LOTR hasn't been screwed out of Best Picture yet... Moulin Rouge deserved to beat FOTR, and Chicago should've beat TTT. LOTR are nothing more than good geek movies, and because of this, no online movie poll can ever be honest again because the fact they are quality movies makes geeks think they must be the greatest films ever made. Which they aren't. They're good, but they're not THAT good. ROTK has the best chance of them all to win BP, but I won't be surprised if it loses.

um........A Beautiful Mind beat FOTR. that piece of crap Moulin Rouge didn't win.
