Okay now that we've got brand new trailers recently for both films, which of the two are you more excited about seeing? For me, it's ROTK. I am interested about finding out if Neo really is the one and all that, but I got goosebumps every time that I watched the ROTK trailer. I guess there's more to look forward to in the conclusion to LOTR.

I've read the book and know everything that will happen.
Revolutions is still a mystery to me so I would have to say Return Of The King. I wanna see the Sheelob scene, and frankly no matter how good Revolutions is, it wont be able to save the series froim the mess that was Reloaded. :P

LOTK because I know there's not a chance of me getting into The Matrix.

Gotta be the Matrix. I love ya Peter Jackson, your films are simply brilliant masterpieces, but sorry, if I had to pick one to see, it'd be Revolutions.

The Matrix Revolutions. Simply as this, Jackson is a genius, but the Waschowskis are more genius. :P

Well, I still didn't care for the FOTR and I never saw TTT, but I do own the Matrix and I did see Matrix Reloaded, so I guess I am more anxious for Matrix Revolutions.

The 3rd part I am really looking forward to, though is Star Wars, but that isn't due out for a while.

I've been waiting for LotR to be made into a movie ever since I read it many years ago. Jackson's movies do not disappoint.

I'm a huge action/martial arts movie fan, so I liked the Matrix movies a lot too.

But you just can't compete with Lord of the Rings. In my opinion, this will probably be one of the best trilogies of all time.

That's strange, I'm a big martial arts fan too, and so that's one of the problems I have with The Matrix. :angel"

I was disappointed by both Reloaded and TTT, but I sorta saw it coming with Reloaded. However, Revolutions looks to feature some actual gunplay, which is the one thing the Wachowski's cannot **** up. Therefore, I'm more looking forward to Revolutions.

The Matrix was awesome. It was an action movie that anyone could follow and enjoy but had some depth for those of us who wanted a thoughtful movie.

Reloaded's action was more of the same and it appeared to me the W. Bros tried to add in philosophical depth because it was expected. The intellectual aspects of the movie did not seem to be an inherant part of the plot like they did in the first one.

Since Reloaded and Revolutions were filmed and developed simultaneous I have no reason to think that the third chapter will be more like the Matrix than Reloaded. I hope Revolutions redeems Reloaded, but unfortunately, Reloaded's shortcomings will probably be apparent in Revolutions as well.

The fact that the movies were developed simultaneous helps the LOTR series, however. Although TT may not have been quite as strong as FOTR (I know that point is debatable) they are both powerful movies and the fact that PJ didn't have time to mess up his vision probably helped him.

Therefore, as quality movies go one would have to expect that ROTK is certainly going to be the better cinematic event. It's the type of movie I want to tell studios to make more of so I'll see it first run several times.

I'm curious about Revolutions...but hey, I want to give budget/value theaters my business too. Revolutions seems like a great movie to wait to see and pay $2 for. :)

:angel" Yes but that's not going to be just a trilogy. You'll have to wait for an entire saga of films including. "I slightly remember what you did a few Summers ago but it's getting a little hazy" and "Frankly I couldn't give a damn what you did all those summers ago, but I'm going to stab you with this rusty hook anyway" ;)
