I'm afraid I'm going to need pictures of all the runners up to formulate a reasonable response ;)

she would have gotten my vote
amr.ramadan 12-06-2003, 06:59 PM YEAH. SHE RULES.
I never saw the winner of such competitions the most beautiful of the finalists. They want to proof that beauty isn't the most important thing but I think no body agrees :)
I mean, when was the last time you checked the newspaper and found how great is the personality of this year's Miss World? They just stick her picture and the pictures of the other nominees.
But then again, CHINA RULES :) :)
Lafce 12-06-2003, 07:05 PM BTW - the winner, Rosanna Davison, is daughter of Chris De Burgh (song 'Lady in Red'). His birth name: Christopher John Davidson.
streetpreacher 12-06-2003, 07:32 PM imo the other two look much better than the girl that won.
she is too average and mainstream, just like the type that you would expect to win such a contest. i bet she looks just like 80% of the other contestants.
blugh 12-07-2003, 10:01 PM yes, but 80% of the other contestants are HOTTIES by that logic. No, Miss Ireland gets my vote, even before my fellow countrywoman.

editman 12-08-2003, 12:31 AM Ahhh... Jackie Chan, the real sex maniac... :D
As for Miss China, sure she's hot. But to me it's more like the World Cup scenario: Like if it's hosted in Korean and Japan, those countries' soccer teams would get into the 16 teams or whatever, while if it's hosted somewhere else their chances are slimmer.
Like I don't recall there's any 'Miss China' participated in the past pageants. :geek:
radstar 12-08-2003, 01:57 AM i can't believe she won. i think naval piercings are soo disgusting!!
oh, plz she is so hot, so are the runner ups but in the top5 it's more about personality than looks, they ask questions and stuff,
It's Ireland for me but she would be hotter as a brunette
TwoThumbzUp 12-09-2003, 05:43 PM the Miss______ ascethetic doesn't really do it for me. They need to keep up with the times
It's just a contest, and I think people today seem to care less than before.
What would keeping up with the times be, exactly?
blugh 12-09-2003, 11:16 PM Making 'em fight to the death in Counter-Strike. Except then Miss Korea would win every time. Those Koreans are crazy good at CS.

naa actually not. They have never been at the top of any of the big torneys. Europe and North America tent to take those spots (Brazil is an exception). And I dont think there ever been a world class team from Korea in CS.
They do kick major butt in Warcraft and other Realtime Strategy Games though.
