Favorite Frame in...Pulp Fiction
******SPOILERS*********
So I thought this might be fun, if you have Screen Capture then capture your favorite frame(s) of the movie featured in each thread and post it. If you don't then descibe your favorite FRAME, scenes don't count. As an example I'll say "Where's Zed? Zed's dead" A picture is worth a thousand words and a written description can be no more than 2 lines of speech. You can pick 1-3 frames.
The first movie - PULP FICTION
I'll post mine in a little while (have to capture the frames)

Is it only that movie or any movie?
Sgt. Johnny Beaufort: He says, "The Apaches are a great race," sir. "They've never been conquered. But it is not well for a nation to be always at war. The young men die... the women sing sad songs... and the old ones are hungry in the winter."

prolly my favorite "shot" in pulp fiction would definitely have to be the low to the floor adrenaline injection shot. very tense and everyone just looking around and watching. tarantino actually said he wanted to play eric stoltz' drug dealer character, but he would have loved to be behind the frame for that paticular scene.
but my favorite scene is "dead N***ER storage"

For now only Pulp Fiction, but suggest another one.
LOL, yeah, I love it when Tarantino plays these small parts, he just has this laid back yet pissed off kind of a guy style.

Great idea, Jake (for once ).
I like these frames:
1. The only freeze frame of the film. Works wonder when the music (and credit) kicks in.
2. Like the expression on Jules after the shoot.
3. And of course, my favourite Uma Thurman big close-up.
4. And the classic standoff.
We should do this more often, like Hot or Not.Last edited by editman; 08-27-2004 at 03:43 PM.

my favourite frame is when travolta and thurman are sitting in the restaurant.

How do you fellas get the screenshots?
-
I think they use Power DVD by Cyberlink. You pause them film and press the take picture button. Then you edit out the black bars in a paint program.
-
I use MSI DVD, the player has a screen capture button. Then I just go to the folder and get the ones I want.

1st shot because it really gets the movie going, with the music and everything

Hmm... a wiseguy ey?...

None of them comes with music (except maybe the logo) and... everything?

i like it when they're dancing... for the dancing contest or something... i like it when they're staring at each other while they're dancing.. pretty cool
"Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn."

Sorry Radstar but I thought it was the most pointless scene in the movie. Tarantino said that becasue of Saturday Night Fever everyone just wanted to see Travolta dancing.
-
Editman, I meant the first frame on the list, sorry about that
