Interesting chart. Too bad it is based on data that did not appear in the book "IQ and the Wealth of Nations" as it states.

    http://www.sq.4mg.com/IQstates.htm

Now, if you want to make an impact, at least base the information off of some real results (compiled by me taken from info http://www.sq.4mg.com/IQ-States.htm combined with 2004 election results).

Although I will admit there are still a large number of blues at the top and reds at the bottom, they are a lot more mixed than what you have.

That is interesting, although it breaks my heart to see Texas so low in both charts. I know whoever made the Jesusland chart thought they were insulting, but I'm pretty proud of that, thank you! And yes, Zubi ... I did vote for Bush! And my IQ is 165!! Now he'll never speak to me again. Too bad.

    Not insulting, joking.

Yeesh that's certainly a problem these days AND with this election, people need to lighten up! Everything's personal...

Don't worry Zubi and Mark. I'm not that serious! About anything! In fact, when I first started talking to Zubi offline, that was the first rule I made ... no talk about politics. It always leads to trouble. I know what I believe and what I want for my country, but those are my beliefs and I don't feel any need to try to convert anyone to my way of thinking. I certainly wouldn't want to try to convince anyone in another country what they should think about their own politics. That is their world. See, here I go. No more politics from Bebbaboo! Back to the movies......

I love you all! You're the best bunch of caring, intelligent folks I have run into after searching for years on the web. I know you are all much younger than I am, but I feel a real bond with this community. Thank you all for making surfing fun!

Ah, but the people who run the government don't LIVE in D.C. They all commute. D.C. itself is just a big ghetto, other than the federal buildings, the Smithsonian and the monuments.

    Thumbs up

This is a picture of the US and all the red colors are the counties (not states) that Bush won. Now, tell me that the majority of this country doesn't support the President. I think that this really puts things into perspective.

Well we knew anyway the majority of the country supports him... 51%.

    Nobody's refuting that.
