missed you guys all. Sorry I was gone for so long... before the festival life got crazy and then gone for the festival
Just to give you a quick review of the films that I saw:
Premieres:
1-Dear Wendy, Thomas Vinterberg-Awsome! saw it twice
2-Nine LIves, Rodrigo Garcia-didn't like it much
3-Lover Boy, Kevin BAcon-hated it and hated Kevin Bacon more, i like him as an actor but as a director... not a good idea, and man he is way too full of himself
4-Mirrormask, Dave Mckean-loved it
5-Lackawanna Blues, George Wolfe-it was good, will be on TV soon
6-The Girl From Monday, Hal Hartley-didn't like it at all, if you do like it though please tell me why

US Docs:
7-MurderBall good movie, won award for editing too
US Narr:
8-Hustle & Flow, Craig Brewer, won the audience award, it was good
9-Lonsome Jim, Steve Buscemi, was okay and I think Steve was mad that he didn't win anything ;(
10-Me and You and Everyone we KNow, Miranda July, won an award and deserved a lot more. It was very smart, really liked it. had the longest waitlist line in the history of Sundance I think (at least that's what they said)
11-Pretty Persuasion, Marcox Siega, not my taste but a lot of people liked it
12-Squid and the Whale, NOah Baumbach, not my taste that much but good. won two awards though ...
13-Who killed Cock Robin? Travis Wilkerson, one of the only few movies that actually felt independant

world docs:
14-Dhakiyarr Vs. The Kind, I really liked it
15-Wall, intersting subject

World narr:
16-Brothers, Susanne Bier, I liked it but wasn't expecting it to get Audience Award
17-Cronicas, Sebastian Cordero, LIked the story had a lot of hollywood feeling attatched to it.
18-The Hero, Zeze GAmboa, had a good story but i still don't know why won the best international feature
19-Lila SAys, Ziad Doueiri, Liked it a lot
20-MonsterThursday, Arild Ostin Ommundsen, My hightlight of the festival Loved it. Amazing people. simple story with so many layers
21-Palermo Hollywood, Eduardo Pinto, fast and fuirus (can't even spell right)
22-Stranger, Malgosia Szumowska, liked it
23-This Charming Girl, Lee Yoon-Ki, was way too slow for my taste
24-Unconsciousc, Joaquin Oristrell, loved it-best freud story ever
25-Wolf Creek, Greg Mclean, what a scary movie

Other CAtegories
26-212, Anthony Ng, cute story
27-the SAlon, Mark Brown, barber shop, female version
28-Steal me, Melissa Painter, really liked it
29-9 Songs, Micheal Winterbottom, half the theatre walked out, breaking all porn bounderies... Amazingly enough grows on you and then you like it
30-What is it? Crispin Hellion Glover... what a movie...
