if u have a windows system and just the normal QT player (not pro) .. u can't download those "fullscreen" trailers from apple and you can't also use the "fullscreen" function....

to get this straight: quicktime 7 has the fullscreen option in the standard player. previous versions needed the pro version to get fullscreen. i hope this clears things

hey apple and MAC users... do you really want to pay US$129 every year for the next version of Mac OS X? I mean its just a big "update" .. but certainly not worth US$129 .. for every year.. right ?

well I guess apple users are like that .... :-P

What really annoyes me about these things is that how Linux and MAC pros usually b**tch about how Microsoft is ripping its customers with every new release of Windows. Well, at least Microsoft doesn't charge for updates and Service Packs!!

Besides Spotlight, I don't see why this new MAC is worthy. Just see the list of the 200 features in Tiger, one of them is support for JPEG 2000 file format. Should that really be counted as a feature!?
It is not enough 'I succeed'. Everyone else must fail.

no, i don't like that either. i don't understand why apple doesn't do upgrades anymore. i wont shell out $129 or 129 € for tiger but i may get it from a friend in the u.s. who can get it for the educational price of $69 and that seams to me like a reasonable price
