Movie title Help.

Hello everyone I am new to this forum thing. I need some help on finding what the title of this movie is. I assume it’s a PG 13 movie. It's about and alien family but the baby boy turns out to be lost. He falls into the hands of a disabled kid (He rides round in a wheelchair). The disabled boy has a brother and a single parent (Blond haired women). The older brother drives a van and usually takes his younger brother and neighbor (an annoying red haired girl) to school. I know that the aliens love to drink soda and they do some strange thing with there hands to communicate to each other. At the end they become citizens of the suburban town. This is what they do with there hands. So if anyone as any clue to what the title is thank you for your help.

I loved that movie too! I just purchased it on DVD not too long ago.
