i cant get these on to dvd-r whats am i doing wrong

im downloading the vob files in the exclussive section , ive been a member for 2 days , and im wanting to put them onto a dvd-r using dvd decrypter

what program do i need to get this to work

If you want to put them on dvd-r and have menus, use a dvd-authoring program such as TMPGEnc DVD Author:

It's very easy to use, and because you are downloading the VOB files, there is no encoding involved.

You don't need DVD-decrypter for that, it's a ripper, it's ment to take the vob files from your dvd and put it on you hard disk.
