I am on 6, I want to upgrade to 7, but it stops before I can still because I am on 98, and I don't want to upgrade to 2000.

Not even QT Alternative, so it must be something with the codecs.

I'm not in a hurry to upgrade to XP, either.

I am using Quicktime 6.5 Pro. I was planning on upgrading to 7 Pro when we started getting trailers that require 7 (which sounds like now).

I'm using QT7. I was happy with version 6, then Apple started requiring qt7

I have to get my trailer fix though

Have QT7, but to play h264 trailers I use VLC.

    Will try MPC.

It's funny when a video has better performance on a third-party player, than the QT itself!!!
