Little QT help needed

I shot some video on my digital camera but I was shooting it at a tilted angle, how can I make adjustments such as rotating it 90* and cropping it. What program would I use to isolate single frames from a QT movie? Just need someone to point me to the right program or tool, i'll figure the rest on my own.

Hope this can be done, it's footage from NHL on NBC at Rockefeller Center with the Stanley Cup and Mark Messier.
