    80's Movie Arctic Fox?

    Can anyone help me find the movie Arctic Fox? I think that was the title. It was about the life of this fox family. The male was named Flep and his mate was Lala. They had pups and one was blind. It's kind of like The March of the Penguins but with Arctic Foxes and it was much more dramatic and sentimental. I saw this movie when I was a kid and would love to see it again. I can't find it anywhere. IMDB doesn't even have a listing for it. Can help me with more information or point me in the right direction? I would LOVE to get it on DVD! Help! Please!
