I am also looking for a movie title

I downloaded the trailer for it from movie-list recently (probably last 2 weeks). I'm pretty sure it's a comedy about a hotel in the mountains. The manager mistakes a woman for the hotel reviewer (like in "Dustin Checks In") and the real reviewer is ignored. The main reason I'm looking for the movie is that Graham Greene ("Into the West", "The Green Mile", "Die Hard: With a Vengeance") is in it playing a comedic role (I think he's a chef). Anyway, I've been downloading like crazy and I can't seem to find it.
