Vob Editing

It takes me a while to edit VOB's with a Nvidia 5500 256 MB Card. 3400 AMD Anthlon Processor, 512 MB PC3200 Memory and 150 GB of free space on the computer.

Does anyone know how to EDIT VOB's faster?
