    from what I read on the internet (and I don't know if it's true or not); she was pulled over cause her windows tinting was too dark

    in the 2nd photo from the left, that's a ticket citation book in the back pocket the officer is reaching for...

    that's the standard place to keep the ticket citation book for Patrol Officers when they are out of the car on a traffic stop.
