    Great Fights in Freddy Vs. Jason

    Two of the stunt crew on Freddy Vs Jason confirmed that the fights are being choreographed by Chuck Jeffreys, who also, interestingly enough, shares a fight choreography credit with John Medlin on Spiderman. According to the stuntmen, Mr. Jeffreys also had a heavy hand in the swordplay on the first Blade working with Clay Fontenot and Jeff Ward.

    He's also worked a few times with director Ridley Scott on stunts for his Black Hawk Down, Hannibal and Gladiator.
    now my question.... how did "Friday the 13th" movies, where Jason is from...right?, and "Nightmare On Elm Street", where Fred Krueger is from..right?, end up fighting in 1 movie ?!?!?!

    I'm not allowed to divulge much but Freddy needs Jason. Freddy's evil is dormant, so he needs to resurrect Jason. There are some terrific set-pieces in the movie; there's a rave scene that is just an amazing sequence. I think it's going to become a classic. The thing I was worried about all along was weither we would get into Jason's nightmares and we do. He's really a sick puppy.

    I read a script review over at IGN that said the "rave sequence" (which happens to be in a cornfield) is so bad it's laughable. Apperently, Jason gets lit on fire during it and eventually gets extinguished by an exploding beer bong.
