i'm getting REALLY mad about the prologue not being online in OFFICIAL quality from Warner Bros. I'm hoping either:

a. A new viral sight might give it to us to download

or

b. Some lucky son of a bitch will SOMEHOW rip it off the Batman Begins Blu-Ray out 2 weeks from tomorrow and post it up on Youtube.

Looks great so far. Do you guys think this will do better than the first film? Personally, I wasn't too fond of the first film. I thought it was lacking a bit of make-believe. Sure, I know the director was going for realism, but I wouldn't mind some over-the-top action scenes.

But so far, the trailers and tv spots look great.

Yeah, that car chase through Gotham, with the Batmobile jumping from rooftop to rooftop, that was just entirely too believable.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm talking about. As an action-scene, I felt like that was just decent, but not great. No explosions, no cars flying all over the place, etc. I know the director wanted to keep things grounded, but a little pizazz wouldn't hurt.

That's why I like the new Batman and the main reason I dislike this new crop of comic book/superhero films (Incredible Hulk as recent example) that have been thrust upon us.

Nolan sums it up well in a recent interview
