The wallpaper of your cell phone
A thread where you can show us the wallpaper you have on your cell phone, if you have one and want to share it with our community...
My wallpaper is attached to this post...
j7wild you need a new cell phone... isn't it?
My wallpaper was made by myself with one of the images published on this forum by j7wild and the girl is Vanessa Anne Hudgens... and it looks extremely well on the phone's screen.
By the way, I used The GIMP program under Ubuntu 6.10 to reduce, cut and convert the image to JPG

I have a headshot of my wife that I took with the built-in camera as my wallpaper. However, I don't feel like spending $0.25 to send it to myself, and I don't have any way of hooking my phone up to my computer, so the picture is going to stay right there.

I just took a picture of my cat and put it on my background. It is like $2:00 to get one of my phone's backgrounds.

Um, it's a Motorola, and was free with our contract. Beyond that, I don't remember the model number, and I don't see it written anywhere on the phone. It seems to me that there is a data cord that is (or was) available for our phones, but they were an additional $20-$30 at the time we got the phones. It didn't seem worth it at the time, and still doesn't, for that matter. I'd rather spend the $0.25 and email myself the picture.
Our two year contract is up in November. I'm eligible to upgrade to a new contract two months before that, so my wife and I are eligible for new phones starting sometime in September. Maybe then we will have a phone that we can access with a computer.
