not nearly enough. He's funny. At least he hasn't made one bad movie yet.

If he'd change something up, I might agree. Seeing the same character over and over and over is getting old. I loved stranger than fiction, and I'll still laugh at all his other movies, but he needs to change it up a little.

    I can't remember one good typical Farrell-movie.

    Stranger Than Fiction?

But then, it's not a typical Will Farrell comedy.

    Define 'good'.

Just cos you or I or any internet fanboy thinks Talladega Nights or Anchorman or Elf are not funny or not smashing successes in the box office, doesn't mean the average joes think the same. (As a matter of fact, my fellow workers in the real life do find Talladega Nights hilarious.)

Thing is, his comedies are seen by somebody out there, maybe not you but someone, or else he won't have a chance of keep making them.

Of course, they are many people in the world who like Farrell-Comedy-movies, and this is ok. If everyboy likes the same, the world were a very boring place.

But I don't like it, so far, and 2 Farrell-movies in one year is to much in my eyes.

Will is probably like Jim Carrey or Adam Sandler ~10 years ago.

People who like his comedy can't get enough of him, and those who don't can't get sick enough of him.

Thing is, Will Farrell's even more prolific than Jim Carrey back then. In the past few years, he has 3-4 movies every year came out (except last year, according to the IMDB). It's just that most films he's in are B comedies, so I guess he's still cashing in his 'popularity' and hasn't got to the stage where he's deliberately avoiding comedies to prove that he has a wider range as an actor, like Jim Carrey and Adam Sandler did.
