I always wanted to beat up the Cable Guy.

One time last fall, the Time Warner Cable tech was supposed to come to my house between 1-5 pm and I waited and waited and no one showed up;

everytime I called the customer service number, they say someone will be there, even when I called them at 6 pm to complain that no one came and it will be dark soon, they still try to BS me and say someone will be there.

Everything you say here is why I switched to DirecTV (and so far - great customer service). And also why that video is extra funny to me... I have had more than one of the horror experiences waiting for the non-existent cable guy.
