    American Beauty

    Saw American Beauty last night for the first time in ages...I don't care
    what anyone says this movie is/was a masterpiece. Agree? And, if so,
    what do you think are recent ones that are on par? There Will Be Blood?

    I just really love that movie (American Beauty)I think it really show cased Mena Suvari's talent.

    She hasn't had a role on par with American Beauty in quite some type but thats to be expected because it was such a hard movie to top. Hopefully she is still acting.

    she's got one on this weekend about the Ted Binion casino scandal. Not in theatres, but a TV movie. She's plays the girl who supposedly killed Binion:

    persoanlly, i think she is only a so-so actress. granted, she's better than some, but there are others who, IMO, are much better than her. am. beauty was a so-so movie. so i guess, if you excel in a so-so movie, then are are really only average....
