I never saw Ice Princess, but I did see Michelle in Eurotrip and that episode of House.

I've personally never thought of Lacey Chabert as a little girl. The only movies I've seen her in were teen comedies.

it was deleted and never ended up on DVD (at least on Region 1);

I don't know if it's on Region 2.
