Nr.1 at the 5-Day-Box Office - The Dark Knight with: $203,773,518 (4366 theaters and without IMAX)

I think Transformers 2 is the only big, big, big summer movie that everyone will see and so, yeah it is possible. My predict is:

170.1 Million (and over)
