we all know that but how much money do you think it will make on opening weekend (it opens Friday, December 18th so that means 3 days opening weekend plus Thursday night's show) ?

At the moment I am thinking it won't make $100 mil on opening weekend, (if I had to guess not I'd say $87 mil opening weekend). Plus we all know how the last movie with a blue person did at the BO
Don't get me wrong, I am incredibly excited for it (I'll be making a 300 km drive each way to see the 15 min clip), but no one else seems to care about it yet.
Oh and if the 10% a week thing is still happening (and 17 weeks until release) you should have 50,948,002.60 * 1.10^17 = 257,515,165.22 credits, so if some more people should chip in so we should try to get a total that matches however much Avatar makes at the box office that weekend.

I care too but it seems the 16 min preview has gotten mixed reviews, mostly negative!!
