EXCLUSIVE: I've just learned that Paramount won't be picking up Megan Fox's option on Transformers 3 -- and that it was "ultimately" director Michael Bay's decision. (So he gets his revenge for her remark comparing him to "Hitler".) Right now Bay and writer Ehren Kruger et al are finishing up the script for the threequel and "giving Shia a new love interest makes more sense for the story," an insider tells me. Bay will start casting immediately for the new female co-star. Let's hear your suggestions, readers...

LOL!!! Ever since reading this I can't quit laughing! Now I don't have to listen to a bunch of pigs whistle at her ulgy nastyness when she comes (or doesn't...) on the screen like I did in the second one. And I wont have to suffer through her terrible "look at my fake lips and the fact that I am a mouth breather" acting. Sorry... if you couldn't tell, I am not a fan of her at all. The only reason she's in anything is the fact that for some reason unknown to me, people think she's hot. Oh well, everyone is different.

Having said all that, I am not ever a fan of changes in characters/casting when there's sequels involved. I didn't even like the fact that Holmes was removed from The Dark Knight (despite my hatred toward her). Not that Maggie did a bad job, but it's something that takes me out of the movie. But it sounds like in this case, Megan's entire character has been dropped. Hopefully they at least say what happened like they broke up or something.

You have my Vote, Hollysucks might not have any new or original movie ideas, but one thing that is not lacking is "Eye Candy". Sorry Megan, so sad but take the time off and consider acting lessons, you have the goods but pissing off Directors by being a Prima Donna who lets her mouth run off after a dud movie.
If you cant find work, try Porn, that I can picture, minimal good acting required and a lot of faking. Right up your alley (No Pun Intended, OK Maybe some).

Now nothing can save the 3rd movie... this franchise is officially dead!

Megan Fox was the only good thing about Transformers 2. If it wasn't for her I would have leave the theater after 10 minutes. Her running in slow motion performance... beats every single visual effect in the movie!

The twins are back and Megan is gone...

i LOL'd hard when i read this ... IMO, its a great move by Bay. Fox's character in both movies was a hindrance and annoying. porn would probably be a good choice for her. every time that annoying mouth opened to talk - something would get shoved in it ....

Yeah but her mouth is always open because she's trying to plump out her lips.

Does anyone else find it odd that people would go see Transformers just to stare at a girl, despite her incredibly poor performance and terrible attitude outside of the film? I might be alone on that one...

You are forgetting she is starring in a Michael Bay movie... I bet that were the only directions he gave her on the set. Bay: Megan! Plump out your lips! More! Yeah! Action! Run! Run! Cut!... Megan we shoot for the edit! Plump them!

I think she was good in the first movie, which had a little bit of heart and humour to go with it. In the first one her character was likeable and very sexy.

The second was a complete mess. Robot humping her leg... that's all they can come up with for her character!?

Her leaving probably means that her character wasn't that much improved and Bay still gave her the same directions.

They got noticably bigger for Transformers 2 and Jennifer's Body. In Jonah Hex, I can't really tell from the previews but it looks like they went back to their normal size (though she's still clearly trying to push them way out).

It looks like, when faced with a decision between an actress, an actress-model, and a model, Michael Bay chose... the model. (Surprise!) Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has apparently landed the lead role. Her character's name is still unknown, and there's some thought that the part will be a lot smaller than Megan Fox's would have been - something maybe backed up by her complete lack of acting experience.

It is unknown if the sci-fi action-adventure will be shot in 3D or converted in post-production.

Well if they're already filming in 2D...

$10 says that the studio is forcing Michael Bay to make this in 3D, and due to his contract forcing him to promote the film, he'll make it sound like 3D is a good thing.

Man I hate 3D and the absolutely sickening studio cash grab that's happening right now with it. I would've loved Michael Bay to fight this as much as possible and make a 2D movie (or at least be incredibly vocal that the 3D version is just the studio's idea and he prefers the 2D version).
