As if this wasn't going to suck enough in 2D
You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. But it doesn't matter - because we'll be together.

According to this, it's actually being filmed in 3D... Not sure if that's a mistake or not since the last I heard it was too late to get 3D camera's, plus Bay doesn't like the 3D cameras or 3D in general and says it doesn't fit his style (I have to agree completely there). Hopefully by the time the film comes out, he'll say one way or another why it's in 3D (wether filmed that way or converted, or if it was even his decission or which version he prefers). Sadly, I would've liked some more IMAX footage instead of 3D.

Rosie and Shia on the set of Transfomers 3
The opening of the film has been revealed.
There's a disturbance on the Moon. A robot shaped disturbance. Scientists on Earth see this and the information gets passed up the chain of command. In the White House men in black suits are breathlessly running through the halls, and they burst into the Oval Office. The president is behind the desk, back turned to the door, looking out the window. One of the men tells the president, 'Sir, something's happened on the Moon!' The president turns around.
It's John F. Kennedy.
Yes, the opening scene of Transformers 3 takes place in 1961 or 1962. The gist of the story has to do with the Transformers' involvement in the space race, and this is the reason why JFK was so hot to make sure America was first to the Moon. It sounds like a fun direction; there are a lot of stupid conspiracy theories about Neil Armstrong et al meeting ETs on the Moon, and this is a fun way to play with them. I hear this was Spielberg's idea, and it really does sound like something he'd come up with. If you're like me and you like the Spielberg-influenced Transformers but hate the mostly Spielberg-free Transformers 2, this is all good news.

The first two movies were amazing. I really loved them. But, I am curious to what they will be changing. I mean, sure there will be some kind of surprise, but how will they make it so much more unique than the other two?
Also, I heard that Megan Fox was not going to be starring in this movie. I can't remember what the reason was, but without her, it won't be the same. I'm not sure if many people would even watch it if she doesn't star in it. It would just ruin the flow of the movies. First two have her and third one does not. That would be strange.
Either way, I think I would still watch the movie because I watch nearly every movie out there. I liked the first two, so the third one shouldn't be missed.
As I said before, I was not completely sure, Is Megan Fox still going to be in it?

Because trailers looked very promising. The Super Bowl teaser suggested that the sequel will be deeper and darker but it was everything but.
