Yeah, I'd say with Cowboys & Aliens for sure, since they're both Universal.

well considering Battleship, Dream House and The Thing are all Universal, and Cowboys is the only upcoming Universal film i think it's likely only 1 or 2 of those will debut with it. 3 would be pushing it. Notfabio from HSX (hollywood stock exchange) who is very reliable stated that Battleship would be coming 'very soon'.

Do all trailer premieres have to show up with a new release before appearing online?

no, not at all . majority generally appear online around the time they debut in theaters, a few do also appear online upto a week in advance (an example being contagion, released online today but wont hit theaters until next friday at the earliest). and in certain cases like with the dark knight rises, the trailer will play in theaters only for the weekend and debut online after the weekend.

The Amazing Spider-Man trailer was just classified by Alberta Film Ratings. It's 2:22, excluding the MPAA sign before the trailer.

People who had the privilege to see Captain America: The First Avenger early are saying that the after credits scene IS the Avengers teaser. In fact, everyone who stayed after the credits are saying this.
