Site down.. 20 hours. Reason !!

Movie-List was roughly down for 20 hours. The reason was that it was in the middle of a server move.

We had a major hardware failure on Dec. 1 and had to move the website to a different server.
Because the transition can take about 1 or 2 days, the forum will be funky (ie: not remembering cookies) for a little while. Please be patient... things will clear themselves up soon.

Things seem to be okay now ... For a couple days even I wasn't able to log onto the forum.
The site has been moved to a new machine now and everything should be working.

Everything is working fine again for me!

Was worried for a while when I wasn't staying logged in.

Is there a specific reason why the site was moved? I don't really notice too much of a difference speed-wise...

The hard-drive on our old server died, so we moved to a new machine.
It wasn't planned, so that was the reason for the down-time.

Oh my.... I had such a withdraw... i didn't know what else to do online!!! The internet is no fun with M-L.

Phew, I thought it was my computer.
Everytime I changed page in the trailers board it made me log in.

for the past few hours i was starting to shake/shiver just like a heroin addict not having drugs.... it was terrible..... not able to see ML.....


so where did the ML move... somewhere in an island in the Pacific? ... so this means we can post all illegal stuff like direct links.....hehehe

btw.... how much does ML use in bandwidth a month and how many hits a month?....... and also how much does it cost u ?
