I don't know - it'll be big, but I think a lot of people were burned by the inept script of the second one. First guess $85-$90 million

It has been moved up by 3 hours now.

Subtract another three hours off your Transformers: Dark of the Moon countdown clock. Paramount just announced that they’ll open the film, exclusively on 3D and IMAX 3D screens, on Tuesday June 28 at 9 p.m. It’ll open in all dimensions 3 hours later, at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday June 29.

I was going to see this on IMAX 3D on Friday, July 1st, during the day at the Bargain Matinee price of $12.50 and the nighttime IMAX 3D shows are $14.

So being only $1.50 difference, I will go see it on IMAX 3D on Tuesday night at 9pm then!

I want to say $150 Million (I am not posting a prediction) .

    Just saying if the first movie made 70 Million in 6 days and the second movie made 108 Million in 5 days and this one is getting a 6 1/4 day opening;

it should make a lot more than what the second movie made on its opening week.

    Just my two cents!!

plus the price of movie tickets especially IMAX and 3D has gone up since 2009.

Not to mention the first 2 didn't have the added 3D premium. I don't know... I'll have to think about this one for a bit.

    what do you mean?

I saw the first 2 movies on IMAX 3D and $10 and $12 were not cheap.

It's $14.50 now for IMAX 3D if I go during the day!!

The price of a movie ticket just keeps going up!!

You had to have seen them in IMAX, not IMAX 3D. The first two films were in 2D, and the second film used IMAX cameras for certain scenes.

the original entry deadline is tonight (MONDAY) at Midnight and I am extending it to tomorrow (TUESDAY) at 5pm U.S. Central Time!

(+5 to +7 in Europe, +15 in Australia, +13 in Japan, +8 in Middle East)

so far we have 1 guess:

    Yere1 $110 Million

I can't accept Granite's guess of $80-$90 Million (no ranges please)
