Yeah. This part always makes me think that Jones was a wee bit of a pedo. However, 16 or 17 was an acceptable age to get married and have sex in the 1930s and before. Hell, 13 was an acceptable age for some. Crazy times. So, that would make Charlie Chaplin a pedophile as well as Elvis Presley.

Also Jones was sleeping with one or some of his students in earlier drafts of the Raiders script, but they ended up cutting it out. I'm so glad they did. It would have killed the character for me.
