best option to get the trailers it seams is the u.k. dvd. of course i'd prefer a ntsc source unless the pal versions are far superior.

looks like this might be on one of the early columbia/tri-star dvds, because someone posted it on youtube and it has the home video logo in front of it. usually this is a sign of the old dvds.
