    Thumbs down

Tyler Perry is one of the most powerful and wealthiest black movie Producers/Directors in Hollywood and he got that way, making crappy movies.

I bet he bought the role!

This movie is going to suck and it's a travesty toward the James Patterson books!

At least Morgan Freeman was believable in 2 Alex Cross movies!!

I'm afraid I'm going to have to disagree with you about it sucking! Sure, Morgan Freeman was great in the previous two adaptations, but this is a different movie and a different style! You either get with it or get over it and move on!

Just the trailer looks like crap and Tyler is totally not right for the role.

He only got the role because he has money and power and clout in Hollywood.

Sorry J7, they stopped making movies you like in the 80's, try to be a little more open minded, or simply start your own studio.
Your consistency of making a point, by letting everyone know that you dislike every single movie that comes out unless it has excessive sex or gratuitous amounts of T&A in it, is getting old.
Kinda "Groundhog Day'ish" to use a term that you will understand.

I can't see through walls, but I can kick your ass.

I don't really like Idris all that much, but I think he would've been a good choice. Provided he kept his "I'm a cool bad @$$" attitude in check.

Any of the 2 actors would had been better than Tyler.

I never seen any of the Tyler Perry's Madea movies but I am aware of them through trailers and DVD commercials.

It's hard to take him seriously as a Man in the role of Detective Alex Cross when you associate him with a cross dresser.

They should had named this movie Alex Crossdresser.
