It looks like this may be becoming (hopefully) a trend. Apple gives a link to a zipped, downloadable file (a la Lord of the Rings) for the trailer.

Sorry, when I referred to "With Direct Link", I meant that Apple provided a downloadable link. If I caused any confusion I apologized. Just a rookie mistake.
