Got this in my e-mail. Makes you think:

Question 1:

recommend that she have an abortion?

sleeps until noon, used opium in college and drinks a
quart of whiskey every evening.

Candidate C - He is a decorated war hero. He's a
vegetarian, doesn't smoke, drinks an occasional beer
and never cheated on his wife.

Which of these candidates would be your choice?

Candidate A is Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Candidate B is Winston Churchill.
Candidate C is Adolph Hitler.


And, by the way, the answer to the abortion question:

I chose no to abortion, and I chose B for the second question.

C was to obvious, so I knew there was something very wrong with him.

I'm assuming the abortion question is more geared towards pro-choice people though because it seems like the child is doomed to live a horrible life. (I think he might have anyway...I never really read up too much on him other then he was deaf. But he made some good music.)

C seems like a person who would be a great guy while the others seem like scum who you would never want to lead a country.

hey Adolph Hitler was exactly that man described above...
he was IMO one of last centuries most important person, may it be for good or evil. Have you ever seen a dictator so smart that he was able to control with full carisma a whole nation and bring them out from the poverty of WW1 ?

That person did that and he over did it to the point of taking control the whole of Europe. But even with all the evil connected to him, the by products of WW2 actually served mankind very well..

You're right in saying Hitler changed the face of the world. After he showed us what was wrong with humanity, (hate, intollerance, war etc) the rest of the world showed him he was wrong.

Considering the climate of the world we live in now, some people could stand to learn from a bad example and be nice to each other for once

I mean I am probably talking out of my ass. All I've got behind me is a history text book and "Shindler's List" but it seems like after something like that we'd learn something about not killing each other by seeing the effects it has when we do.
