P.O.D. Reloaded Soundtrack Contribution Finished

[Matrix]

MTV reports that P.O.D.'s contribution to the Reloaded soundtrack, "Sleeping Away," has just finished recording. Sonny, Wuv, Traa and now Jason recorded the track in a Los Angeles studio with producer Howard Benson (Motörhead, Reveille), who also helmed P.O.D.'s last two albums, Satellite (2002) and The Fundamental Elements of Southtown (1999).
A video for the song is expected to be shot in the coming weeks.

Cant wait for the Soundtrack....

Thought the Matrix OST was poor. Heavy Metal music just does not work in action movies but some score music was very sweet!!

Me like P.O.D. but will it be used in the music? UMm.... hope not in action scenes. The matrix them music is just too sweet! Use that!

Yeah ... this "Metal Music == Action" cliche sucks a lil ... but it works with The Matrix I guess. As long as they don't use JPop ... I'm there

Man....what you talking about the Matrix Soundtrack was just sweet and it was 100 % to the Action Kung Fu scene.....everytime i play some matrix music memories are coming back from the first time i saw this movie....Just like the First Date with someone...

Jpop... my god... Actually, if they did that, I would pay to see it, just to laugh at the contrast. As for the metal-fight scenes... I dunno. I think it all worked very nicely in Matrix 1... no reason it shouldn't work in these as well.

Theres a different. Metal Music in action movies (i.e.: The ONe) just doesn't work! Matrix had unquie music made for the movie but if a group r going to make songs for the movie, please not IN the movie.

Wake Up 98 % of the Music Busniness is Commercial and of course 89 % of the Movie Business is also Commercial...think of James Bond and Product Placement......

Yeah and it was not disturbing me because it was a part of the Movie/story and it was otherwise a very intelligent product placement for fox/minority report...
