A Good Free Internet Home Page Provider With FTP....???

Hm i got too much trouble with lycos/tripoid..they reset my homepage to the old one (11 Februar) and my ftp excess doesnt work and i can not do anything so i search for a new provider to host some pic and stuff.....FTP is recommended
