Ok here is a Detailed Trailer Description
The trailer opens with a shot of a completely glass wall of a building, exactly the same as the one the helicopter crashes into in The Matrix. Suddenly Trinity burst out of it, and we watch as she begins to fall backwards down to the street below, firing up as an Agent jumps out after her. The two fall down the side of the building, firing at each other in Bullet-Time and between each shot the screen fades to black (this is all in slow-motion) cutting from Trinty to the Agent, back and forth. Then the blackness lasts a few seconds longer; and the next shot is Neo awakening with a gasp, a sleeping Trinity lying on his shoulder. Then a shot of Morpheus in his Matrix gear who says "Here we go." Neo is plugged into the Matrix, Neo puts on his shades and...

The pumping trailer music begins, the WB/Village Roadshow logos appear exactly as they do in the Superbowl spot. Then we get a shot of a metal door bending inward, then the shot of the 3 Agents with the middle one breaking the door down that we've seen in a couple of the teasers. Neo is standing behind it and says "Hi ya fellas."

Agent Thompson - It's him!
Agent 2 - Do we proceed?
Agent Thompson - Yes. Afterall he's still...
Agent Johnson - ONLY HUMAN!

The Agents attack Neo and we see the shots of him blocking and punching, as well as swinging around one Agent's arm and smashing another through a brick wall that we saw in the Superbowl spot, as well as the clip of Trinity doing on overhead kick to a guard also from the Superbowl spot. We then see shots of Morpheus hopping up onto the roof of a truck and taking off his shades then a voice-over by him begins. He says "all of our lives we have fought this war. Tonight I believe we can end it." While he's saying this we see the clip of Trinity jumping off her bike as it smashes into a building and explodes while she lands gracefully on the ground that was in the new TV spot. The last lines by Morpheus are spoken as he sits in the same chair in the same positon he's in when he gives his monologues in all the other teasers.

Then we cut to the Twins standing in the chateau hall who suddenly 'ghost' and disappear. Cut to Trinity who says "That's a nice trick" with the Keymaker in the background taking a few steps back, looking a bit surprised. Then a shot of one of the Twins spinning his razor blade in the car park (with a blood splatter on the wall behind him), and a shot of Neo locking arms with an Agent who says "upgrades". Cut to a Twin 'ghosting' off the roof of a black car, flying through the air and through the windscreen of a car behind it that contains Morpheus, Trinity and the Keymaker. While it's doing this it makes a grab for Morpheus who's in the front passenger seat.

Now, onto the Burly Brawl. First the shot of Smith with the crows flying towards camera that we've seen before, then Neo turning toward the camera without shades. Smith says "Mr Anderson; surprised to see me?" with the same set of shots from the Superbowl spot. But then we see Smith standing face to face with another Agent (which *isn't* one of his copies) and he then rams his fingers into the other Agent's chest. The same thing happens to the Agent that happens to Neo in the Japanese trailer (looks as though he's being 'infected' or something) and the other Agent is transformed into a copy of Smith, who then yanks his hand back out of the Agent's chest. While he's doing this Neo has a voice-over saying "He's found a way to copy himself." We see shots of multiple Smiths, one inside the white corridor. Morpheus voice-over - "So there are more of him?"

*Pause*

A shot of Neo in the real world - "A lot more!"

The Superbowl Burly Brawl music kicks in and we see some of the same shots of the 100 Smiths running into the courtyard ready to rumble. Then we're treated to the complete "Neo spinning on a pole kicking loads of Smiths" bit from start to finish, which looks awesome. He kicks off, spins round for ages, looks up, spins a bit more, then stops and carrys on beating down Agents! Cue more clips of the Burly Brawl, Neo smacking down Agents with the pole and a bit of the Bullet-Time pole sweep from the Superbowl spot.

Cut immediately to Morpheus battling the Twins in the carpark garage, he swings and swipes but they block or evade every punch, as does he with their punches, except that sometimes they 'ghost' and Morpheus' blows just go straight through them before they instantly reappear a split second later to carry on the fight! And all this is in one shot!! Then we see a shot of Trinity on the freeway saying "Come on!" and her and the Keymaker burning off on a motorbike down the road. They dodge and weave in and out of oncoming traffic, ducking between cars and trucks narrowly avoiding head-on collisions while being pursued by cops.

Then cut to a large volcanic hole in the Earth with Sentinels swarming around it. Voice over by Niobe "The machines are digging. They're boring from the surface straight down to Zion" while she says this we see shots of thousands of Sentinels swarming around large drills, tunneling down, and also surprisingly a shot of Niobe telling a group of people this - with Ghost standing at her side! Then we see a huge, sprawling shot of Zion, a gigantic cavern with huge stone pillars, walkways and a red lava-like glow to it.

Morpheus - "There is only one way to save our city - Neo" same as the Superbowl spot except with a new clip of Neo. The music stop. The tone shifts and the music changes to a much more dramatic and serious beat.

Cut to Neo standing outside the chateau. He ducks down, the floor ripples just as the walls did at the end of The Matrix. And then boom! He takes off into the sky! Cue the shot of him flying through the skyscrapers from the Superbowl spot. Then the huge explosion of the building that Trinty ploughed her motorbike into only from a different, higher angle, followed by a massive almost nuclear-looking explosion complete with shockwave (definitely inside the Matrix, possibly a city going up). Then a shot of Niobe jumping and kicking a guard down and staring at him, then Morpheus, Trinity and the Keymaker's car being pursued down a long tunnel by the Twins' black SUV and a wave of cop cars behind them, which then goes into slow motion for a brief second as we see a Twin standing out the sunroof firing at the car as Morpheus fires back out the passenger-side window.

Cut to the chateau where a line of Merovingian's henchmen open fire on Neo, who literally just stands there and stops hundreds of oncoming bullets in mid-air by holding up his hand. Neo voice-over - "What happens if I fail?" A shot of the multiple stone walkways of Zion, followed by one of the Oracle - "Then Zion will fall." Cut to a shot of Trinty in the real world saying "They need you" then a shot of Neo in the real world saying "I need *you*" followed by one of them making love. Then a shot of Neo jumping off the balcony in the hall of the chateau away from a henchman holding a trident, an overhead slow-motion shot of Trinty kicking a security guard and the shot of the Agent jumping down onto the hood of a car that we've seen in the Superbowl spot, only this time when he hits the hood it goes into super-slo-mo before he leaps off it again (it looks improved as well). Then a shot of Persephone aiming a gun from right to left, then the bit where one of the Twins is standing the road as the SUV drives towards him who then 'ghosts' into the passenger seat of the oncoming vehicle that we've seen recently.

Cut to Morpheus leaping off the back of a car and flying through the air in slow-motion onto the windscreen of an oncoming truck (we don't actually see him hit it though) as well as a shot of Neo hitting Seraph and the freeway car explosion shot.

Morhpeus voice-over "What if the prophecy is true? What if tomorrow the war could be over. Isn't that worth fighting for? Isn't that worth *dying* for?"

I'm not all too impressed with this new trailer. I think they should've just capped it off at the Superbowl spot. I feel like I've seen the entire movie now....so what's the use.

yes I agree too... just to many scenes are shown.. I hope not....

bah..... media block out for me till middle of May.. i want to be completely surprised when I watch this.. but with all these ... its soo hard to avoid them ...
