stan lee in x2...??

i was just talking to some co-workers about X2 the movie and it dawned on me that i don't remember seeing him in there....

i remember seeing "the man" in spiderman and daredevil but i don't recall if he was in either xmen movies. did anyone happen to notice if he was in either one...?? i am guessing that since they didn't draw attention to him, that he was not in it. probalby becuase of the falling out he has had with marvel comics in recent years....

can anyone help me on this? thanks....

I read an interview about a month ago with Stan Lee on X2 and he said that if he ended up doing cameos for all the movies based on characters that he developed, then he would be going from movie to movie to movie and nothing else.

Therefore, he decided to sticking to doing the original film and not any of the sequels.

yep, stan lee confirmed awhile back before X2 came out that he would not be doing a cameo in it.

but he WILL have a nice one in HULK...

I'm just wondering where the hell Gambit was. I saw Beast fine and dandy. As for Kevin Smith, he was the coroner who showed that reporter guy about DD's stick.

Gambit's cameo (played by a stuntman on the set) was cut out of the final edit of X2. But his name (Remy LeBeau) DOES appear on a computer screen at some point in the movie. I think it was Stryker's pc.

That kinda blows.. since there was such alot of hype surrounding "everyones favorite" X-Men featuring in this movie... pfft.. what a jip!
