    Romeo + Juliet (1996) - Nellee Hooper
    Scream (1996) - Marco Beltrami
Original Trailer Music - Mark Snow

Please first take a look here, before asking - they have a LOT of trailers listed already .

    Best regards,
    VSG

I already did that before posting this, the problem is: Nellee Hooper is not a song I from the trailer; Marco Beltrami and mark snow are possibly correct but I can't find them on KaZaA
That's why I hoped that people here could give me different titles

But thanx a lot for posting VSG

Sorry if I sound like the RIAA here, but if you really like something, why don't you buy it?

The trailer-music of "The X Files" consists of samples composer Mark Snow wrote for the X-Files - I have it here on CD, and it is on it.
Marco Beltrami is the composer of the Scream-Soundtracks, and samples from them (again, I have the discs here) are in the trailer.
And last but not least, samples from the "Romeo + Juliet"-soundtrack, composed by Craig Armstrong and Nellee Hooper are in the trailer - and I am listening to the CD right now.

It is from those movies, I can promise you that.

    Best regards,
    VSG

So what do you use that's very good for trailer music to find if I may ask?

    VeryShyGuy,

I'm interested in the music for this trailer and have two of the soundtracks you mentioned, "Romeo + Juliet V2" and "The Truth and the Light: Music From The X-Files".

The trailer's "bring it home" track is indeed 'Escape from Mantua' from the "Romeo + Juliet V2" soundtrack.

As for the samples of Mark Snow music, I can't find anything on the "Truth & The Light" CD resembling what's in the trailer.

Moreover, what Scream soundtrack are you referring to? My understanding is the XF trailer uses samples from the first film, yet the soundtrack I have for Scream 1 is mainly a collection of contemporary lyric-songs with a Beltrami suite at the end (again which has nothing resembling what's in the trailer).

Please let me know what these other tracks are. I've been looking for them for some time, and put it off either as a Mark Snow original composition, or production library tracks purchased by Fox. Thanks in advance,

    CSM.

    Hi CSM!

Sorry I didn't answer sooner. As mentioned the "Escape from Mantua" is the most evident piece of the trailer music.
The part from the "Scream"-Soundtrack is only used in the trailer, not the teaser, and as far as I know it is a cue from the track "Cici Creepies" (that is from "Scream 2", although the cue itself is also on the "Scream 1"-score).

But I was referring to the "Scream"-score, not the album.
There is a soundtrack-CD out there featuring music from "Scream" and "Scream 2" on one disc (just about 30 minutes). Of course there is a lot of music missing, but the main-cues are included.
I don't know the suite you were talking about, I only owe the scores.

I believe music from Mark Snow is used in the teaser at the beginning and should be on "Truth and the Light", but he also wrote some geniune music just for the trailer that has not been released anywhere else.

Hope I could help a little.

    VeryShyGuy,

A sincere thank you for your prompt response. I'll let you know if that is the track I am looking for.

    Thank you once again,
    Lyle.
